Diagnostic credit
Any credit of the Digital Growth Diagnostic fee against a later project applies only where expressly offered in the individual proposal. The website creates no automatic entitlement.
Binding agreement
Only the specific proposal or agreement is binding, including its scope, assumptions, client responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, service levels, change process, and expressly named contracting entity.
