Discuss this package

Included starting scope

  • One brand, one primary market and one primary language.
  • Up to 15 content pages across up to five reusable layouts, with a distinct visual direction based on your established brand.
  • Editorial refinement of up to four named core pages, each up to 500 words, using existing subject-matter information.
  • Entry of other approved content, with a total allowance of 8,000 words and 30 suitable images.
  • Up to two simple enquiry forms with up to six visible fields each, plus up to 30 straightforward redirects.
  • Two consolidated feedback rounds in total, the shared quality foundation and a documented handover.
  • DE/EN option from €14,900 excluding VAT in total: these 15 pages and their 15 supplied, approved English equivalents. No additional English layouts or original English copywriting.

A content page is one agreed URL in the primary language. A page type is a reusable layout, not another content page. Translations are separate language versions. Up to two supplied legal-content pages are entered additionally; drafting or legally reviewing them is outside the package.

What is ready, and what needs work?

We need dependable information about your services and audiences, existing copy or drafts, usable brand guidelines and suitable images. The four pages receiving editorial work are identified before production. The DE/EN option requires approved English copy using the same structure.

Agreed separately

  • Fundamental brand development or positioning without a dependable starting point.
  • Copy production beyond the four named refinements, photography and new imagery.
  • Translation production, original English copywriting, further languages and complex integrations.
Assets and collaboration in detail

We prepare a page plan and a proposed design direction. You provide business facts and consolidated approvals. Two coordinated feedback rounds are included in total: one on structure, copy status and design direction, then one on the built site. Extra positioning work is proposed only where it is needed. Scheduling follows the material review, named owners and approval availability.

Documented quality in every package.

Editable WordPress, checked user journeys and a documented handover are part of every package. WCAG 2.2 A/AA guides the checks identified before engagement.

The described checks are not a full WCAG conformance audit or certification. Further evaluation is scoped for the individual project.

See quality checks, scope and boundaries

Every package shares the same technical quality foundation. The amount of content, design and editorial work changes; the importance of accessibility, usability and a usable handover does not.

Accessibility built into the process

We use WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA to guide design and development. Before engagement we identify the criteria, page types, states and journeys to be checked. Automated checks are complemented by manual reviews of keyboard operation, visible focus, form labels, contrast and reflow.

Journeys that can be checked

Navigation, language switching and the agreed enquiry journey have named test steps. Performance measurements record their device, environment and method. Search foundations cover the agreed metadata, headings, indexing and internal links.

Evidence rather than a blanket badge

You receive an acceptance record describing scope, test conditions, results and open items, plus an editorial handover. Findings against agreed criteria are addressed. Dependencies on third-party systems or content outside the engagement remain visible.

This review scope is not a full WCAG conformance evaluation or certification and does not establish legal compliance. A full audit, screen-reader or user testing, document/video remediation and complex third-party journeys are expressly scoped where required. This boundary does not remove work already owed under the engagement. Applicable legal requirements and their scope are assessed for the specific project.

A handover you can check

You receive an editable WordPress website, an editorial handover and a test record describing results and open items.

Business clients only · Prices exclude VAT · Hosting, licences and care are separate; no automatic care subscription.

Handover, usage rights and proposal conditions
  • An approved inventory of pages, layouts, functions and language versions.
  • A test record covering the agreed criteria and journeys, with traceable open items.
  • An editorial handover, access/licence inventory and information about publishing and backups within the agreed scope.
  • An editable WordPress website; usage rights and third-party licences are identified in the proposal.

Business clients only. All prices exclude applicable VAT. The individual proposal names the contracting entity, scope, fees, acceptance criteria and scheduling conditions. Additional requests require approval of their price and timing impact before implementation. Rankings, revenue and conversion gains are not guaranteed.

Hosting, domains, third-party licences and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. There is no automatic monthly care contract. If you want ongoing care, its scope and running costs are agreed for your website.

What is your starting point?

We review the available assets and name the four pages to refine. The confirmed scope identifies all requested language versions.
