Agentic Commerce Conversion Pilot

Test AI-assisted product selection and lead or cart handoff in one buying journey. A bounded prototype, measurement baseline and Go / Refine / Stop decision.

Commerce Growth · Lead Flow · AI

Better buying decisions. One journey. A clear decision to scale.

Test how people and AI shopping agents understand, compare and select your products — through to a qualified lead or cart handoff. We scope one product area or one buying journey, build a prototype and measure whether the approach deserves further investment.

When it fits

Your catalogue is available. The buying decision still breaks down.

For ecommerce directors, Digital Sales and Growth Leads, CDOs, and product, catalogue or search owners at manufacturers, retailers and brands — including catalogue-based travel and ticketing businesses.

Hard to compare

People or shopping agents cannot reliably resolve variants, compatibility, availability or product differences.

Disconnected handoffs

Search, recommendations, product content and cart or lead handoff do not form a coherent journey.

Unclear limits

Permitted agent actions, escalations and quality thresholds are undefined; errors and conversion impact remain unmeasured.

Checked and built

A testable slice of your commerce system.

Catalogue, content and sources

Review representative records, source authority, freshness, variants, pricing and usage rights. Record gaps and owners before connecting tools.

Interaction and decisions

Design search, comparison and recommendation for people and agents, including uncertainty, permitted actions, data, price and tool limits.

Prototype and handoff

Build the agreed search, comparison, recommendation, cart or qualified lead handoff in a test environment. Document integration contracts, human escalation, acceptance tests and the scale roadmap.

Process and your inputs

Agree the boundary before building.

01 · Qualify

Bring one journey, a business owner, platform and integration details, a representative catalogue sample and known source constraints. We agree the question and exclusions.

02 · Baseline and design

Provide existing analytics definitions, eligible traffic, test access and human approval owners. Together we fix the test set, success thresholds, error limits and stop rules.

03 · Build and evaluate

Review the bounded prototype using agreed examples and exceptions. Approve any controlled user test separately; record completion, quality, errors and escalation.

04 · Decide

Review evidence and limitations with the accountable owner. Deliver Go, Refine or Stop and a prioritised roadmap with dependencies, operating responsibilities and separate rollout scope.

Measurement · Decision Gate

Measure the outcome and the cost of errors.

Completion and conversion

Completion = completed agreed tasks / eligible attempts. Conversion = the agreed purchase or qualified lead outcome / eligible journeys. Fix definitions, observation window and comparison group before testing; show sample sizes and uncertainty.

Quality and exceptions

Assess cart or lead quality against predefined acceptance rules. Count incorrect product or price statements per reviewed output, failed actions per attempt, and escalated cases per eligible journey. Report severity and resolution separately.

Go / Refine / Stop

Go requires agreed quality and action limits to hold with enough evidence. Refine addresses measurable gaps. Stop applies to unacceptable risk or absent feasibility. Low traffic means no proven conversion effect; no uplift is guaranteed.

Human Handoff

Every action has a limit and an owner.

Start with read-only product access and explicitly approved handoffs. No autonomous purchase, price or inventory changes by default. Separate user intent from tool permission; validate current price and availability at the receiving system. Missing sources, conflicting data, tool failures and out-of-scope requests trigger a stop or human handoff. Consequential actions require explicit human approval.

Before live use, agree a named operator, least-privilege access, logging and retention, escalation ownership, monitoring, change approval and rollback. The pilot does not imply an unattended production service or a service-level commitment.

Lead Flow · Care

Lead routing and human handoffs connect to Lead Flow Automation. Ongoing WordPress care, agent evaluation and operating responsibilities are separately scoped.

Broader AI strategy, governance or transformation belongs with EA European Atlantic. EA can support further governance and operating architecture. After qualification, Logicore can provide controlled context, approvals, evidence and ongoing evaluation where needed. Scope and availability require separate confirmation. HEAVY remains your commerce lead; your brief is not automatically forwarded.

Scope and commercial terms

Budget and timing follow a qualified scope.

We confirm feasibility, delivery capacity, dependencies and the test environment before proposing fees or dates. Third-party licences, usage costs, catalogue remediation, production rollout and ongoing operations are specified separately where needed.

Business clients only. All prices are net of applicable taxes. Timeline starts once required inputs and approvals are available. Only the individual proposal or agreement defines binding scope, fees, service levels and contracting entity.

FAQ

Before you start.

Is this an AI chatbot project?

The objective is a better buying decision and a measurable handoff. A conversational interface is only one possible component; the pilot connects product data, experience and integration.

How does the pilot differ from the Diagnostic?

The Digital Growth Diagnostic at €2,900 net helps clarify priorities and the right scope. The pilot requires one concrete commerce journey and builds a bounded prototype. The Commerce Growth System covers the broader commerce engagement.

Can an agent buy or change prices autonomously?

Autonomous purchases, price changes and inventory changes are not enabled by default. Exceptions and consequential actions require a named human owner and explicit approval. Uncertain or stale information triggers a handoff or stop.

What if there is too little traffic to measure conversion?

We report task completion, errors and handoff quality in a defined test set. Without sufficient comparable observations, conversion impact remains unproven. The decision can be Refine or Stop.

What does the pilot cost and how long does it take?

We confirm scope, delivery capacity, budget and timing after reviewing the brief and dependencies. There is no public fixed pilot fee or guaranteed delivery period. Only the individual proposal defines binding terms.

Are EA or Logicore required?

HEAVY leads commerce strategy, experience, product data and integration. EA can support broader governance and operating architecture. Logicore can provide controlled context, approvals, evidence and ongoing evaluation when qualification shows a need; availability and scope are confirmed separately.
