How HEAVY CAMPAIGNS uses AI
HEAVY CAMPAIGNS may use AI for research, analysis, concept development, design and copy drafts, translation, programming, automation, testing, and quality assurance. Systems are selected according to purpose, data, confidentiality, security, quality, customer requirements, and risk.
- Confidential or personal data is processed only in approved systems and on an appropriate legal and contractual basis.
- Published content, professional claims, approvals, and business decisions remain under human responsibility.
- Outputs are reviewed in proportion to risk for accuracy, provenance, rights, and potential bias.
Direct interaction with AI
The current public website contains no chatbot or AI agent that interacts directly with visitors. Contact and project forms provide structured transmission and make no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. If an interactive AI system is introduced later, the interaction will be clearly disclosed at the start and a human contact route will be provided.
Content and synthetic media
HEAVY CAMPAIGNS reviews and takes responsibility for published website content. Not every element created with AI assistance is labelled by default. Realistic synthetic or materially manipulated image, audio, or video content will be labelled where required by law or material to understanding.
Responsible AI principles
Our operating framework combines human oversight, purpose limitation, data minimization, access protection, traceable approvals, and appropriate quality control. Systems may act only within defined roles and boundaries; uncertainty, elevated risk, or missing approval triggers a human review or stop point.
Roles in customer solutions
For customer solutions, provider, deployer, controller, and processor roles are not inferred from branding. They are defined from the product, data flow, actual control, and agreement. The relevant project agreement determines the binding roles and safeguards.
Legal framework and review
Where Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies, direct AI interactions and certain synthetic content are made transparent in line with the statutory requirements. The Regulation has generally applied since August 2, 2026, subject to its phased exceptions. This information is reviewed after material changes and otherwise at least annually.
